Human Resources Manager - Dublin, Leinster, Ireland

Job description

As a fast growing client focused technology platform provider TradeIX is ready to recruit its first Human Resource specialist. You will be based in Dublin and work in close collaboration with staff across the organisation which currently includes Ireland, UK, USA, Australia and Germany. The objective of this role is to architect and manage TradeIX Human Resource function which will support us becoming an employer of choice by being a highly engaged and high performing team. Travel will be necessary and you will report directly to the Chief Operations Officer.

 

Responsibilities –

  • Develop and implement a fit-for-purpose HR function that supports the organisations goals
  • Establish all HR processes and procedures
  • Implement systems and controls to support the processes and procedures
  • Act as a trusted HR partner to the leadership team and employees across the business
  • Proactively manage and resolve employee relations issues such as disciplinary and grievance, absence, performance management and other key HR areas including recruitment, attrition, restructuring and redeployment
  • Ensure relevant local policies are managed in line with in-country legislation and employment law
  • Lead any Adhoc HR projects and initiatives that support business strategy
  • Researching, planning and coordinating all training needs for the company as well as managing performance matters and personal development plans
  • Maintaining HR systems to ensure correct and up to date staff records including staff numbers, absence/leave, and attendance and monthly reporting to leadership group
  • Providing support for all Health & Safety matters and ensuring compliance with all H&S legislation

  • Proven experience in implementing and managing change effectively
  • Track record of guiding and working closely with Senior Managers and employee’s essential
  • Relationship Building as well as strong interpersonal and influencing skills essential

Leading all aspects of delivery for client engagements, this role will bring out your best.

You’ll understand customer’s business and identify how TradeIX can bring business value with its solutions. You’ll consult with new and existing customers and shape opportunities to optimise the value for the client and TradeIX.

You will be accountable for building and maintaining relationships at all levels within client organisations, timely completion of work, submitting updates of work to Client Sponsors and TradeIX Executives, ensure the required resources are made available, manage project budgets, schedules and benefit targets.

You will be responsible for developing and bringing ideas and plans to life, but also ensuring their ruthless delivery. You will play a part in achieving our ambition to achieve market leading position in Trade Finance solutions.

This role requires someone with excellent Client relationship skills and the ability to lead a team to deliver great outcomes. Travel will be a necessary requirement for this role.

As a BA you will have the overall responsibility for requirement gathering, documentation (e.g. BRD’s, JIRA Stories) process mapping and functional specifications across all projects allocated to you; you will take end to end ownership and accountability of the entire project lifecycle. You will be working hand in hand with TradeIX project teams consisting of Development, QA, Operations, business team members, end users and senior stakeholders throughout.

 

Key Attributes –

  • Ensure business areas and procedures meet the quality, delivery, and cost expectations of both the company and the customer.
  • ‪Produce in depth end to end requirement documentation and process flow diagrams
  • ‪Write functional requirements using use case specifications or user stories;
  • Perform business process gap analysis and manage requirement change;
  • ‪Work alongside stakeholders to drive projects to the highest standards ensuring deliverables are of a suitable standard and on time, reporting any issues or conflicts where necessary
  • ‪Proven track record of projects delivered to expectations set
  • ‪Proven experience working within agile methodology environments
  • Excellent experience capturing business change requirements, analysing and then documenting them using structured methodologies

 

Must Haves –

  • University education and degree (preferably business or IT related)
  • ‪Minimum of 5 years experience in a client facing position
  • Knowledge of multiple development methodologies, e.g. RUP, Kanban, SCRUM
  • ‪Excellent written and verbal skills in English;
  • Experienced in project management tools
