Robert Barnes, CEO
Rob Barnes is co-founder of TRADEIX. Rob’s trade finance experience and expertise started in the logistics and financial technology sectors. In 2002, he founded PrimeRevenue Inc and was the CEO of one of the pioneers of supply chain finance (SCF) applications. He developed the largest non-bank SCF application with over $120B in annual processed volume through a combination of technology and services. In 2007, Robert founded the consulting company, Aradya and advised banks including HSBC, RBS, Morgan Stanley and Westpac on supply chain and trade finance.
Andrew Berti, CTO
Andrew Berti is a co-founder of TRADEIX. Andrew has spent over 20 years creating leading edge software solutions for the financial and media sectors including companies such as JP Morgan, HSBC, Sony, Warner Bros., and Disney. Andrew has a track record of turning complex processes into scalable efficient software solutions. In 2010, Andrew founded Geodiction, service software consultancy with operations in Europe, USA, and Asia.
Daniel Cotti, CFO and Bank Partner Relationships
Dani has over 30 years of experience in Global Trade Finance, Transaction Services, Banking and Technology. Dani was the European Trade Finance Head at Citibank and Global Head of Trade Finance and Transaction Products at ABN AMRO/RBS. Subsequently, he managed and build out the Global Trade Finance and Loans business at JP Morgan. In 2015, he founded Cotti Trade & Treasury, a consultancy firm for global trade finance. Dani is a Trade Finance industry expert and had industry wide, global engagements with SWIFT, BAFT, ICC and WTO organizations and is currently the non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Bolero Intl. Ltd.
Frank Ruscio, COO
Frank is an accomplished Information Technology Executive. Most recently, he was the Chief Information Officer for Insurance Australia Group (UK), Toyota Financial Services (Australia and Asia Pacific) and Ardent Leisure Group. Prior to this, Frank had career engagements with financial institutions such as Westpac Banking Corp and Macquarie Group. Frank is recognized for effectively managing operations and delivering change across business and IT domains for the last 20 years.
Oliver Belin, CMO
Oliver has over 15 years of experience in supply chain finance and account receivable finance solutions. He has worked for numerous leading organizations in trade finance and had key roles with PrimeRevenue, GSCF and Sumitomo Bank. In 2008, he founded Swiss Commercial Capital, a company specialized in trade finance solutions, which was successfully sold to Macquarie Bank in 2011. Oliver is the co-author of the book Supply Chain Finance Solutions and a frequent speaker on this topic.
Richard Tynan, Managing Director
Richard Tynan is a co-founder of TRADEIX. Richard has over 25 years of Investment Banking experience in both Fixed Income and Capital Markets. Richard was Head Debt and Equity Syndication at RBS, Head of Corporate Debt Syndication at Morgan Stanley, and ran Private Placements at Lehman London. Prior to co-founding TRADEIX Richard established PRCM in London, a Capital Management business that successfully raised a significant institutional balance sheet, and focused on origination and distribution of Trade Assets.
Lorine Sigwarth, VP People
With over 15 years in the HR and staffing industry, Lorine is specialised in the creation and delivery of innovative workforce strategies. Throughout her career, Lorine has supported multinationals such as IBM and Microsoft. She has was the leader of one of the most successful workforce transformation engagement in Ireland. Before joining TradeIX, Lorine was managing the outsourced EMEA Onboarding and HR Compliance team for Google via Aramark. She believes that operational success stems from employees engagement, communication, innovation and a well-structured framework.
Marcus Wade, Head of Platform Development
Marcus is a co-founder of TRADEIX and an experienced web developer, consultant and architect with a passion for technology. He has over 25 years of experience focusing mainly within the Microsoft technology stack and producing solutions for the financial, travel and insurance sectors for global corporations. He was an early pioneer within the Internet start-up phenomenon in the early 90’s, helping small companies become global players. Marcus displays an in-depth understanding of the business requirements and how these challenges can be met through rapid and agile development techniques.
Mark Wood, Account Delivery Executive
Mark has over 20 years of experience gained within Digital Finance Transformation, Trade & Supply Chain Finance, Global Services & Operations, and Account Management. Mark has held a variety of leadership roles including Head of Services & Account Management at Taulia (B2B Network) and VP Global Services & Customer Success at Trintech (R2R Software), all within the FinTech software industry.
Cyril Broutin, Account Delivery Executive
Cyril started his career within the French Ministry of Economy. After holding several positions in Specialized Finance Departments. within BNPP Group, he joined GE Capital for 15 years, where he contributed to the implementation of innovative financing solutions based on new technologies. In 2009, he sets his own consultancy company, focusing on Working Capital Optimization and Sustainable Development and later joined B-process in 2011to develop a new collaborative Supply Chain Finance platform. In 2013, after the takeover of B-Process by SAP Ariba, he was missioned to elaborate the SAP Ariba Strategy to enter the Supply Chain Finance space.
Leon Scott, Head of Operations APAC
Leon Scott has a strong background in trade & commodities finance, banking and supply chain management. Prior to TradeIX, Leon was a Director at PrimeRevenue where he was responsible for 30+ bank partnerships in Europe, the Middle East and Asia, as well as the company’s global capital markets product. Leon also held senior roles at HSBC in Hong Kong and London where he focused on product strategy and delivery for trade & commodities finance. Leon started his career with DHL in New Zealand after obtaining a degree in Supply Chain Management and Logistics.

Dan Duncan, Product Management – Applications
Dan Duncan has over 14 years of experience with Trade and Supply Chain Finance, Open Account and Invoice Finance products in a variety of leadership roles including VP Product Management, Head of QA and Product Management and SCF Consulting. In 2003, Dan developed the core solution for PrimeRevenue, a leading Supply Chain Finance provider as VP Software Product Management and later had leading roles at Aradya and HSBC in software management, development, quality assurance and project management. Anna has a background in events and marketing, working for JP Morgan in the Fixed Income division and for over 10 years at Morgan Stanley on the equity side. Anna looked after deal roadshows, IPO’s and global conferences, working with senior internal directors and external clients. Having worked at Prime Revenue with Rob Barnes and Richard Tynan, Anna moved to TradeIX to help run the London office.

Owen Coonan, Quality Assurance Automation Engineer
Owen has over 20 years of experience in software development and quality engineering. The last 15 years he spent designing and building frameworks to improve product consistency and quality. He has worked on the Solaris Operating System for Sun Microsystems as a developer and quality engineer, and then moved to AOL as a release engineer for Netscape, before working as a developer on their Personal Finance suite of products. Subsequently he worked on their search engine as an automation engineer.
James Finnerty, QA Engineer
James Finnerty has been working as a QA Consultant for nearly three years for the software testing consultancy, Celtic Testing in Dundal. He has experience in focusing on both manual and automated testing for different companies in sectors like mining and utilities and exam delivery systems.
Aimee Jones, QA Automation Engineer
Aimee Jones is a QA Automation Engineer with particular experience in telecommunications, which she gained in Openet Telecoms. She is well versed in all aspects of QA with a passion for Automation, particularly high performance testing. Aimee revels in the cycle of discovering issues, getting to the root cause, analysing for the right solution, verification right through to deployment and most crucially automating for regression.

Aidan is a CPA with previous experience across mining, engineering, manufacturing and retail sectors. He has managed finance teams of varying sizes both domestically and internationally. During his career he has been responsible for strategic and organisational planning, finance and commercial management, business process improvements, IT system implementations, contract management and all key aspects of internal control and compliance.

David Sutter, Head of Platform Strategy
Dave Sutter is an experienced Fintech entrepreneur, expert in the area of distributed ledger technology and trade, and a veteran of the blockchain industry who helped pioneer the technology’s application in trade finance. Most recently, Dave served as COO and co-founder of Fluent, an enterprise blockchain platform for global trade and supply chain finance. He has worked and consulted with many of the world’s leading financial institutions, technology providers, and corporations on designing and implementing distributed ledger-based solutions. Dave has deep connections in both financial services and the blockchain industry, being one of the first people in the blockchain space to abstract away the core technology behind cryptocurrencies and begin applying the technology to mainstream financial services. He is a active member of the BAFT Innovation Council and a well-respected thought-leader and frequent speaker on the topic.
