On the 15th of October, Dani Cotti from TradeIX will participate in a closed session for an executive program aimed at bank executives.

The session from Daniel Cotti will share what bank leaders are doing to tackle the industry challenges, including the efficiency and cost issues. He will further explain the existing bank model supported by proven technology and the limitations of it and introduce blockchain, APIs and cloud technologies in the financial services industry.

In a second part, the presentation will highlight the benefits of a distributed platform and how emerging technologies can be leveraged. Trade finance will be used as an example to rethink the underlying infrastructure and delivery of the service. Three showcases will be presented: Marco Polo, Trade as a Platform for a bank, ecosystems in Trade Finance including ERP and other third-party service providers.
